You can share your academic accommodations using the tools provided in this section. Once you submit a request, it will be automatically approved unless you need any changes to your accommodations. If you do require changes, the Office of Accessibility Services (OAS) will be notified, and the process to update your accommodations will begin. You may need to meet with OAS as part of this process.
Once a request has been approved your instructor will receive an email and instructions on how to access your accommodation memorandum by logging into the instructor portion of this website. You can access your own accommodation memorandum at any time once your request has been approved by clicking ‘View Letter’.
