Appointment Booking Procedures

You can access a list of your future appointments by clicking the 'Calendar' button in the menu.

You can browse the schedule for existing availabilities. Here are the steps:

1. Click on 'Schedule an appointment' in the menu
2. Use the left and right arrows at the top left of the calendar to browse the schedule. Note that Availabilities will appear as boxes on the calendar.
3. Click once on an availability slot to schedule that it
4. Follow the prompts to confirm and finalize the booking

Before scheduling an intake appointment with OAS, students must apply for services and upload their supporting documentation to 'Student Files'.

If you see a 'cancel' link beside your appointment on the 'Calendar' tab you can use this to cancel your appointment. If you do not see this link please call or visit to cancel your appointment.

If your question/concern is urgent you should contact us through phone or in-person. Otherwise you can click the 'Submit a Comment' item in the menu to send us a question or comment.
